The Embrace Campaign uplifts and empowers women as they transition through perimenopause and postmenopause. We celebrate the beauty, wisdom, and relevance of women in this season of life through artistic photography and storytelling. Our mission is to help women fully embrace the changes in their bodies with confidence and joy, recognizing their continued value and worth. By giving them a platform to share their experiences, we aim to bring awareness and community support to debunk outdated myths and overcome stigma related to aging.
We are conducting portrait sessions with women who are experiencing perimenopause, menopause, or postmenopause and asking them to share their experiences in a couple of paragraphs. The Embrace Campaign will share the photographs on social media (Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.) along with the participants’ experiences. In exchange for participating, women will recieve digital copies of the images shared.
The Embrace Campaign is a project organized by Scott Flathouse Photography, where studio fees and other costs for professional portrait sessions are paid by the photographer. This allows the sessions to be provided at no cost to the participants. In order to offset the expenses and reach more women with this opportunity, donations are welcomed from supporters. By contributing, you can help empower more women through the transformative experience of a complimentary professional portrait session.
