About Scott

I grew up in Austin, TX where I competed in track and cross country in High School and also was an avid cyclist.  I was first introduced to the sport of triathlon while living and working in Amarillo, TX where I began competing in local sprint triathlons.  In 2011 I relocated to Houston, TX and became involved with the large endurance sport community in the region. After injury sidelined me from competing, I shifted to photographing friends and family at races as a way to stay involved in the sport.  I took advantage of offers to work events as a contract event photographer as a way to hone his photography skills.

I have a sense of the commitment, discipline, and challenges that go into training for endurance events, and strive to create images that are as epic as the events themselves.

I’ve used a number of products and services over the years, and you can find out more through the links below. I may receive compensation from these companies, and this helps me to continue to create and share epic images.
